For rehearsal hours from 5pm-10pm Monday-Thursday and afternoons Friday-Sunday, independent artists can book via our Rental Request Form. Please fill out the form and a staff member will get back to you with a quote!

Through FAB’s Studio Space @ 70 program, independent artists can book rehearsal hours in DTA Theater as Studio and DTA Second Floor Studio from Monday to Thursday, 10am – 5pm at the subsidized rate of $10/hour.
