Artful lanterns and lighting installations are coming to Sara D. Roosevelt Park this winter! Presenting artwork from Ling Tang 湯泠, Rose Wong 黄美思, and Yuzhen Wu 伍遇貞, sixteen lanterns will feature traditional papercut, Chinese watercolor paintings, and playful illustrations.. Through this beautiful lighting installation designed by John Sloane, we aim to enliven the streets to support local businesses and increase safety at night in those in-between spaces in the Sara D. Roosevelt park. Look out for these lanterns arriving in multiple locations throughout Sara D. Roosevelt Park this Lunar New Year season.
