Dorill Initiative (Dorill) is an arts and culture institution committed to helping At-Promise Youth tap into their limitless potential and creative power to galvanize communities and ignite social change.

As a rigorous and grassroots arts education program, we holistically coach Young Citizen Artists to tell their authentic stories through high-caliber artistic training, academic enrichment, self-esteem coaching, and civic engagement workshops.

We are equipping the Next Generation of DoERs to become more conscious, vulnerable and radical leaders who can transform communities and disrupt systems of oppression.

Saturday Arts Dorill is a FREE interdisciplinary arts program for Young Citizen Artists (YCAs) aged 10-18. Offering seven different art forms, Saturday Arts is made to nurture and encourage creativity and artistic expression, and fully encompass our YCA’s development creatively, artistically, professionally, and personally in a space that is brave and safe.
