 New York Theater Workshop
New York Theater Workshop’s new scenic and costume design shop incorporates Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards, making it the first LEED-certified cultural building in New York State.

Capital Improvements
This project includes the addition of a second floor to the building and a complete renovation of the
existing first floor ,which will include electrical, mechanical and plumbing upgrade. The project will use
manufactured materials with recycled content in both initial construction and operations.
Budget: $3,700,000
