DUO Multicultural Arts Center (DMAC)
Built around 1889, the 5-story building originally housed a ball room that was later converted into a theater. Rod Rodgers runs dance classes in two studios; DUO presents theater, music, dance, and multi-media programs in the upper floors.
Capital Improvements
The current project will completely restore the façade of the existing building, and includes the
restoration of historic features, fire escapes, and exterior lighting. Future phases include renovation of
the 5th floor and development of the back lot.
